Removing the Daughter Board

Turn the top-cover assembly over.

Remove the processor fan and heat-sink assembly (see

13.
Lift the connector latch and disconnect the daughter-board cable from the connector on the daughter board.
14.
Remove the screw that secures the daughter board to the top cover.
15.
Carefully ease the connectors on the daughter board out of the slots in the top cover, and lift the daughter board out of the top cover.
