WARRANTY and CUSTOMER SERVICE
Thank you for having purchased a Degxel™ Heat4all™ product. For your safety, before using a heater make sure
you have read all the instructions about the safety, installation and use. All our heaters are manufactured with
great care and undergo rigorous quality checks before their commercialization. However, a product can break-
down. That’s why, without prejudice to the legal guarantee, Heat4all™ warrants its heaters for 5 years, 2 years
for thermostats and decorations. Excluded from the guarantee are all damages due to incorrect installation or
handling, or aesthetic defects unrelated with the manufacture of the device.
If your product is defective, please follow the following procedure to define the terms of exchange and/or return.
In any case, do not hesitate to contact our customer service (see details on www.degxel.com).
To contribute to the environment preservation, do not dispose of the device and its accessories in a
trash can, place them in a recycling point.
