12. Warranty and CE certification
12.1 Warranty period and maintenance support

Lifelong after-sales service is provided to products of our company. If a manufacturing quality
problem is found during using, it will be covered by the warranty.

The warranty has a validity of 12 months, as of the date indicated on the sales invoice.

The warranty does not cover wearing due to normal usage, damage caused by overload, improper
usage or human mistake.

In case of any quality problems of the tool, repair and replacement occurred within warranty
period will be free of charge.

Free repair and replacement within warranty period is only valid for the entire tool. Wearing parts
are not covered by the warranty.

Manufacturer is not responsible for quality problems caused by improper usage. In addition,
damage or failure caused by storage, accident, misusing, misoperation, or unmatched equipment.
Maximum liability for compensation is not higher than the value of the tool itself, not including
relevant components.

In case of any problems, please contact your local dealers, or contact Degometal directly for
support.
