1.

 Insert the aluminum profile clamp in the lower channel 

of the aluminum profile and push into the middle of the 
aluminum profile.  
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

 
 
 

2.

 Place on the central pipe and fix the clamping part and 

two M10 flange nuts. 
 
 

Tightening torque: 40 Nm 

 
It’s recommended to tighten the bolt connections during 
assembly of the modules to have the possibility to adjust 
the position of the aluminum profiles.

Assembly of the modules 

 

ATTENTION!

 

After assembling the modules and finishing or interrupting the assembly work, the 
module surface must be moved to and secured in horizontal (SAFE) position. 

 

 
 
For the fastening of solar modules, DEGER supplies the aluminum profiles and standard fastening 
materials. Specific fastening materials, which may possibly be prescribed by the module manufacturer 
and the necessary information, are not part of the scope of delivery from DEGER. 

The permissible 

fastening of the modules must be clarified with the module manufacturer beforehand.

 

 

Please note

 

- 

Check if aluminum profiles have been mounted pursuant to 6.7 of these instructions (protrusion same 
on both sides) 

- 

Arrange modules symmetrically in line with the centre of the central pipe
