E. Baffle and Thermometer Installaon Instrucons
Step 1 - Once the units are assembled, adjust the interior vents. For best results, Dedoes recommends starng with the lowest vent
fully open, the central vents open one quarter, and the top vent fully closed.
Step 2 - While holding the vents in place, slide the baffle through the lances to completely cover the interior vent for each heated
unit. It may be necessary to use a straight blade screw driver to gently bend the four lances that hold the interior vents in
place. Be cauous as to not break the lances.
Step 3 - Once the baffles are installed and centered, press the lances firmly against the baffle to help secure each baffle into place.
Step 4 - Place one thermometer inside each of the heated units to the le or right of the center post.
Step 5 - Aer 24 hours, adjust the vent posions to beer suit your preferred temperature.
Step 6 - If the desired temperature range cannot be obtained by adjusng the vents, adjust the temperature seng of the remote
thermostat. Do so by turning off the power to the unit, removing the remote thermostat cover, and using a screwdriver to
increase or decrease the temperature seng.
NOTE: Preferred temperatures may be unattainable when ambient temperature is below 6°C.
Bottle temperatures could range +/- 8° from each other.
Adjusting the openings in the vent covers will increase or decrease the unit temperature.
The baffles do not need to be adjusted, their location centered over each vent helps to distribute the heat to all areas of the unit.
