Après le montage et le raccorde-
ment hydraulique des capteurs,
l'installation peut être soumise aux
tests de pression et remplie. Il con-
vient alors de prendre en considéra-
tion les données thermiques ainsi
que les particularités de l'installa-
tion. C'est pourquoi le remplissage,
le montage et la maintenance de
l'installation ne doivent être effec-
tués que par de la main-d'œuvre
agréée et qualifiée.
Pour ne pas endommager l’installa-
tion, les tests de pression doivent
être effectués exclusivement avec le
fluide caloporteur utilisé ultérieure-
ment.

Anlage abgedrückt und befüllt wer-
den. Hierzu müssen sowohl die
thermischen Gegebenheiten als
auch die Besonder-heiten der
Anlage berücksichtigt werden. Des-
halb darf die Befüllung, Einrichtung
und Wartung der Anlage nur durch
eine entsprechend autorisierte
Fachkraft er-folgen.
Um einer Beschädigung der Anlage
vorzubeugen, soll nur mit dem spä-
ter verwendeten Wärmeträgerme-
dium abgedrückt werden.
Following installation of the solar
panels and hydraulic connection of
the panels and piping, the system
can undergo pressure tests and be
filled. When doing so, the thermal
conditions and the particular fea-
tures of the installation must be
taken into account. For that reason,
the system may only be filled, com-
missioned and maintained by a suit-
ably authorised technician.
To prevent any damage of the sys-
tem, pressure tests should only be
carried out with the heat-transport-
ing fluid used later on.

Pour éviter que les capteurs et leurs
raccordements soient endommagés
par le gel et la corrosion, il est indis-
pensable d'utiliser un fluide calopor-
teur de haute qualité (mélange eau -
propylène glycol) pour l'installation
solaire. L'utilisation d'un mélange
recommandé (mélange TYFO L 40/
60) constitue une bonne protection
antigel jusqu'à environ –24 ˚C.

nur mit einem hochwertigen Wärme-
trägermedium (Propylenglykol-Was-
ser-Gemisch) befüllt werden. Bei
Verwendung der emp-fohlenen Fer-
tigmischung (TYFO
L Fertigmi-
schung 40/60) besteht ein
ausreichender Frostschutz bis ca. –
24 ˚C.
In order to prevent frost and corro-
sion damage to the solar panels and
connections, the system may only
be filled with a high-quality heat-
transporting fluid (mixture of propyl-
ene glycol and water). If the recom-
mended ready-mixed fluid is used
(TYFO L 40/60) the system will be
adequately protected at tempera-
tures down to approx. –24 ˚C.

Le responsable de la mise en exploi-
tation est tenu d'informer l'exploitant
de l'installation sur le fonctionne-
ment, la manipulation et les périodi-
cités d'entretien de l'installation.
Les instructions de montage et d'uti-
lisation doivent être remises à
l'exploitant de l'installation.
Der Inbetriebnehmer hat den Anla-
gen-betreiber über die Funktion,
Handhabung sowie den entspre-
chenden Wartungsintervallen der
Anlage zu unterrichten.
Dem Anlagenbetreiber sind die
Montage- und Bedienungsanleitun-
gen zur Aufbewahrung auszuhändi-
gen.
The installer must instruct the sys-
tem operator in the function, opera-
tion and required servicing intervals
of the system.
The system operator must be given
the Instructions for Installation and
Use for safekeeping.
