USING THE TIMER
(DTG* 2-gas burner model)
A rotating timer (maximum duration 99 min-
utes) is available for all the cooking zones and
relates to one cooking zone or to both at the
same time.
The timer can be allocated only to those
zones which are in use.
— A timer allocated to a cooking zone is iden-
tifiable by a dot on the power induction dis-
play concerned
.
— A steady dot in the display indicates that the
timer is active in the cooking zone concerned.
The time indicated in the timer display relates
to the cooking zone indicated by a flashing
dot in the power indication display.
SWITCHING ON
— Turn the cooking zone(s) on and
— adjust the power as indicated in the
previous chapter.
— Activate the timer for the cooking zone
concerned by pressing touch control .
The timer display shows flashing.
If you have previously switched on two gas
burners,
check that the dot is flashing in the
power indication display cooking zone
concerned. If this is not the case,
press touch
control a second time.
— Set the desired duration (in minutes) by
successively pressing touch control or
.
The timer starts.
When the timer reaches 0, the burner
switches off, the timer display flashes
showing
and intermittent beeps tell you
that cooking is complete. To stop the beeps,
press one of the timer buttons.

To change the timer settings :
— Press touch control repeatedly until
the timer display is positioned in the cooking
zone to be modified.
The flashing dot on the power indication
display tells you which is the current burner.
— Press
timer touch controls or and
the change is made immediately.

— Press touch control repeatedly until
the timer display is positioned in the cooking
zone to be turned off.
The flashing dot on the power indication
display tells you which is the current burner.

and hold timer touch controls or
simultaneously for a few seconds until
the display shows .
Note
- During the final minute, the
countdown is displayed in seconds.
- When the cooking time is complete, the
burner switches off automatically (the gas
supply to the burner is then cut).
