The commands:

 

The knob allows control and adjustment of the cooking temperature of the cooking 

surface

 (2.1.2).

The operating indicator lights provide indications on operation of the device:

This light indicates when the appliance is switched on (ON).

This 

"Heating"

 indicator light goes out when the selected 

temperature is reached.

This 

"Residual heat" 

indicator allows checking of the residual 

heat of the cooking panel.
