Step
1
Adjust the longitudinal position.
Loosen the lower angle adjustment nut
and determine the longitudinal position
of the controller. Then, securely tighten
the angle adjustment nut.
• Tool: 5 mm hex wrench, 10 mm spanner
• Tightening torque: 8 to 11 N·m

2
Make a fine adjustment in the
height direction and the
mounting.
Loosen the vertical adjustment bolt and
the angle adjustment bolt for the
controller rod, adjust the height, and
make a fine adjustment of the mounting
of the controller. After determining the
position of the controller, securely tighten
the bolts to the specified torque.
• Tool: 5 mm hex wrench
• Tightening torque: 6 to 8 N·m
NOTE
The controller can be mounted anywhere within a radius of 48 mm
from the center of the controller rod.
CAUTION
The controller cannot be secured properly if the upper
limit mark on the rod goes beyond the outer tube. Adjust
it so that the upper limit mark remains hidden in the tube.
