The warranty period for the compressor, appliance, and its electrical components is 1
year from the day of handing over of the refrigerator to the buyer. The day of handing
over is the day of selling through a retail network. The warranty period is calculated
from the day of the refrigerator's production if there is no shop's stamp or a date of
selling in «Sales certificate» ticket.

There is no warranty service for the lightning lamps, glass shelf, plastic articles
supplied with the appliance, bearings, door sealing and plastic handles.

During the warranty period the manufacturer is not responsible for the refrigerator's
defects which might appear in the case of violation of the installation, operating
procedures, periodic maintenance mentioned in UM. There is no warranty service in
cases of:
- unauthorized repair by the persons not included in the list of service agents;
- exploitation on the all kinds of moving transport;
- mechanical, chemical and thermal refrigerator's damages and its components;
- defects and damages caused by extreme conditions or an irresistible force (fire,
natural disasters) and by pets, insects, rodents;
- when the refrigerator's serial number, its model and the date of production are not
noted on the refrigerator and in «Acceptance certificate»;
