• Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
• Always unplug the appliance from the mains when not
in use, particularly if the appliance is left unsupervised
or if it is being assembled or disassembled or before
it is cleaned.
• Never use the appliance outdoors and always place it
on a flat surface.
• Never use accessories that are not recommended
by the manufacturer. They could imply danger for the
user and damage the appliance.
• Never pull on the cord to move the appliance. Make
sure the cord cannot not get stuck in any way in order
to prevent the appliance from falling.
• Try not to scratch the special finish on the cooking
plates, as some of the particles of this coating could
get into the food. Use a wooden spatula or heat-
resistant one.
• Always unplug the appliance when not in use,
particularly as it has an integrated on/off switch.
• Only use the appliance for food suitable for cooking.
• You are strongly recommended to keep this appliance
clean at all times, as it comes into direct contact with
food. Consult the “Cleaning” section in the instruction
manual.
