Installation Instructions

INSTALL BACK UPHOLSERY

Engage the hooks on the back of the backrest upholstery to the horizontal bars in the back frame.
Slide the upholsery downward until it stops against the bars.

INSTALLATION

INSTALL HEADREST

Slide the headrest into the back frame assembly as shown.
