• The gas heater can become very hot
during use and therefore must not be
used in the vicinity of in� ammable
materials, including curtains, clothing
and furniture. Keep all in� ammable
materials away from the gas heater.
• Do not cover the gas heater. Never use
for drying clothes, etc.
• Never pour water on the gas heater while
it is hot, as this may damage the surface.
• Never move the gas heater while in use.
Knocks and impacts can activate the
safety device. Switch off and allow to cool
before moving.
• Close the gas bottle regulator when the
gas heater is not in use.
• Observe the illustrated minimum
distances from the gas heater. There must
be clearance of at least 100 cm from the
top of the gas heater to the ceiling.
• If the gas heater is used with gas
operation, the room must have an area of
at least 15 m3 and must not be used as a
bedroom.
• The appliance’s protective grille prevents
the risk of � re or burns, and it must not
be removed permanently, either fully
or partially. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE FULL
PROTECTION FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR
WEAK PERSONS.
• Based on supplied heat, the minimum
recommended room size is 50 W/m

recommended room size should never

• A minimum ventilation surface of 2,500

• The gas heater must not be used without
a gas bottle due to the danger of tipping.
• Never store other gas bottles in the same
room as where the gas heater is used.
• After use, turn off the gas heater and
close the regulator.
• Turn off the gas heater and close the
regulator before you leave home.
• Never attempt to turn the gas heater on
if the hose seems loose or damaged in
any way
• Never disconnect the regulator while the
gas bottle valve or regulator is open
• Do not expose the gas bottle to extreme
heat
• Do not insert a � nger or any other object
through the gas heater’s front panel
• Maintain a distance of at least 1 metre
between the gas heater and other heat
sources
• Only use approved regulators and
hoses. The gas regulator must comply
with the EN16129: 2013 standard and
applicable rules in the country where it is
installed. Contact your nearest supplier
for gas accessories. See ‘Technical data’.
It is strictly forbidden to use adjustable
pressure. The gas regulator has an
estimated service life of 10 years. It is
recommended that the regulator be
replaced within a period of 10 years from
the date of manufacture, or as required
by national regulations. The replaceable
hose must comply with the EN16436-
1:2014+A1:2015 standard. The hose
must comply with the relevant standard
in the country of use. The hose must
be no more than 0.5 m long. A worn
or damaged hose must be replaced.
Make sure that the hose is not clogged
or bent, and that it does not come into
contact with other parts of the appliance,
other than at its connections. It is
recommended that the hose be replaced
every 3 years or as required by national
regulations.
