Introduction
To get the most out of your new hand mixer,
please read through these instructions
before use. Please also save the instructions
in case you need to refer to them at a later
date.

The appliance is double insulated and
therefore does not require earthing.
Special safety instructions
Never allow fi ngers, hands, hair, kitchen
utensils or other objects near the rotating
whisk or dough hook.
Switch off the hand mixer and unplug it from
the mains socket before replacing the whisk
or dough hook, or before touching parts that
rotate during use.
The hand mixer is intended for the
preparation of foodstuff s only.
Never use the hand mixer in food at
temperatures over 40 °C.
Do not overfi ll the bowl, as the contents may
overfl ow when you use the hand mixer.
Do not run the hand mixer for more than 5
minutes at a time. Allow the hand mixer to
cool completely before using it again.
The whisks and dough hooks may only be
used in pairs.
Only use original accessories or spare parts.
Do not try to whisk or process hard foods, as
this may cause permanent damage to the
motor, whisks or dough hooks.
Wait until the motor has stopped before
fi tting or removing the whisks or dough
hooks.
Wash the whisks and dough hooks in warm,
soapy water before using the hand mixer for
the fi rst time.
The motor section must not be exposed to
water.
The hand mixer is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with a physical,
sensory or mental disability or any person
unable to operate the appliance unless they
are supervised or have been instructed how
to use the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
Children must not clean the hand mixer.
The hand mixer is only intended for use in
private households.
