CONNECTING THE IN-LINE ELECTROLYTIC CELL TO THE POWER SUPPLY
The EcoMineral System uses a reverse polarity In-Line Electrolytic Cell for low maintenance operation.
The EcoMineral Power Supply is fitted with a flexible lead terminated with push on brass connectors for the
EMX2400 model and push on brass connectors with a securing nut for the EMX3600 model.
These must be correctly fitted to the connections on the Cell. Fit black connectors to the outer titanium rods.
Fit the white connector to the middle titanium rod as per illustration below.

NOTE: The EcoMineral Cell is supplied with a paddle type flow switch,
which is to be installed on the Cell as shown in the diagram on page 4.
IMPORTANT: The flow switch must be mounted with the highlighted arrow
on top of the switch pointing in the direction of flow.
Tighten the “push on
cell connectors” on the
EMX2400 by using a pair
of pliers, once applied.
Tighten the nuts with a
suitable spanner to secure
the cell connectors to
the titanium rods, on the
EMX3600 once applied.
Hold the back of the cell
leads when tightening.
