Shade Soft
The softness of the edge between the two matte colours is controlled by the Shade Soft Control.
Shade Position
The position of the edge between the two matte colours is controlled by the Shade Position.
When Shade position is set to 0.0, then the edge is in the middle of the border
o
when the Shade Position is changed t1.0, the edge is moved towards the Inner Wipe
Border Edge
o
when the Shade Position is changed towards -1.0, the edge is moved towards the Outer Wipe
Border Edge
In this way, some please Wipe Border Shading effects can be created.
Wipe Position Menu
Certain Wipes, such as the Circle Wipe, allow the Wipe position to be controlled. This menu is used to do this.
X, Y Position
These control the position of the centre of the Wipe
You can adjust these values using

the joystick X & Y-Axis
The position is in terms of screen widths

X = 0.0, Y = 0.0, is the centre of the screen
o
To position the Wipe at the right-hand edge, set X=0.5, Y=0.0
o
To position the Wipe at the left-hand edge, set X=-0.5, Y=0.0
o
To position the Wipe at the top-edge, set X=0.0, Y=0.28
o
To position the Wipe at the bottom left corner, set X=-0.5, Y=-0.28
Rotation
Some wipes will allow for rotation.
