
Ensure USB devices are
plugged in correctly.
Check the USB
cable from the Arqa TX
is connected to the PC.
Do the USB devices
work when connected
directly to the PC?
Replace the USB cable
from the Arqa TX1 to
the PC.
Ensure the Arqa RX1 /
TX1 have the same
firmware.
Swap the Arqa RX1, then
the TX1 with another
unit.

to a mains supply.
Check the Power
Supply Unit in
another unit.
Reprogramme
unit using a
JTAG programmer.

Ensure all cables are
plugged in correctly.
Check the PC is
outputting a signal.
Connect a display to the
DVI-out in the Arqa TX1.
Ensure the DDC is
correctly set in the
On Screen Display.
(option O).
Ensure the Arqa RX1 /
TX1 have the same
firmware.
Check Network Switch
is set up correctly and
has enough bandwith
capacity.
Swap the Arqa
RX1 and the TX1 with
another units to see if
the error remains.
Ensure all cables are
plugged in correctly.
Check the PC is
outputting a signal.
Connect a display to the
DVI-out in the Arqa TX1.
Ensure the DDC is
correctly set in the On
Screen Display.
(option O).
Ensure the Arqa RX1 /
TX1 have the same
firmware.
