CFast Card

MX-U Series Hardware Guide

CFast Card

A CFast slot is located in the Processor front. A CFast card can be used as removable media for transferring data, perform-

ing upgrades, or for extended storage.

This CFast slot is connected to the chip set internally via SATA 1 with SATA III design (SATA 6 Gbit/s).

WARNING: Power must be disconnected before inserting or removing the CFast card.

To exchange the CFast card

1. Press down on the slot cover’s top clip to open the slot.
2. Press the ejector at the bottom of the slot with a pointed object, such as a pen.
3. Pull the card straight out.
4. Insert the new card straight into the slot.
5. Close the slot cover.
