The host sends the SCAN_ENABLE command to enable scanning in the reader.
Scanning is enabled upon power-up, so this command need only be sent if a prior
SCAN_DISABLE command was sent.

Reader Requirements

The reader allows scanning and decoding upon receipt of this command.

Note

: At initial power-up, the reader assumes SCAN_ENABLED.
