Rewritable Card Problems
Rewritable
cards
are
erased
and
written
to
multiple
times.
Use
the
following
information
to
troubleshoot
printing
appearance
when
using
rewritable
cards.
Problem
Probable

A
faint
image
is
still
visible
after
erasing
a
card.
The
erase
power
setting
is
too
low
or
too
high.
1.
Log
on
to
Printer
Manager
as
WebAdmin.
2.
Run
a
rewritable
test
card
from
the
Printer
Manager
TroubleShooting
>
Testcard
menu
to
see
how
you
can
fine
tune
the
erase
power
settings.
3.
Open
the
Printer
Setting
>
menu.
4.
Modify
the
RewritableErasePower
setting
and
click
Set
Current
to
save
your
changes.

The
card
was
not

the
card
design
to
minimize
large
areas.
