Chocolate Chunk
+ GREEN TEA
COOKIE DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to cream the butter
and sugar until smooth. Then, beat in eggs one at a time. In a separate bowl, sift
together flour, coffee powder, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Combine dry mixture
with the wet. Mix in chocolate chips. Roll dough out onto a parchment-lined baking
sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
To make regular cookies, drop spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for
10-12 minutes.
ICE CREAM DIRECTIONS
Place the bananas in a blender and process until smooth. Add remaining
ingredients and blend until well-combined. Pour into a container and freeze until
solid. Let thaw a few minutes before serving.

1 ¼ cup butter, softened

1 ½ cups cane sugar

2-3 ripe bananas, halved
and frozen
•
½ small, ripe avocado
•
¼ cup coconut cream
•
1 tsp matcha powder
•
½ tsp vanilla extract
