INGREDIENTS
1 8 oz. steak, ½” thick
6 small red potatoes, washed, dried and
cut into small cubes
1 ½ tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp and 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil,
divided
Rosemary Steak With Red Potatoes
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add half of the herb mixture,
the potatoes, and 1 tsp olive oil to a bowl and mix so that the potatoes are evenly coated.
Evenly spread out the potatoes in Basket 2.
Carefully make ¼ inch slits in the steak with a knife and insert the sliced garlic. Rub
the steak with the remaining herb mixture and place in Basket 1. Steam the steak and
potatoes for 10 minutes. Once cooked, drizzle the potatoes with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Serve
immediately.
