INGREDIENTS
2 (6 oz.) bone-in pork loin chops, ¾” inch
thick
½ lemon, juiced
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
½ tsp fresh parsley, minced
¼ tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
lemon wedges, to garnish
INGREDIENTS
1 package (14 oz.) silken or medium tofu
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
red chili flakes, to taste
1 scallion, finely chopped
Herbed Lemon Pork Chops
Steamed Tofu with Chili Soy Sauce
DIRECTIONS
Brush both sides of pork chops with lemon juice. Mix all remaining ingredients except for
the lemon wedges in a bowl and rub over pork chops. Place meat in Basket 1 and steam
for 15 minutes. Once cooked, cut into thickest part of meat to check if cooked through.
Serve pork on a bed of sautéed greens with lemon wedges.
DIRECTIONS
Place tofu in Basket 1 and steam for 12-15 minutes. In a bowl, mix all remaining
ingredients except for scallions. Once tofu is cooked, pour soy sauce mixture over tofu
and garnish with scallions. Serve over rice.
