USING YOUR INSTANT STEAMER
BEFORE FIRST USE
Wash the appliance thoroughly before use. Prior to first-time use, steam water in the
Instant Steamer while empty. This will eliminate any odors. Always unplug the appliance
prior to cleaning or storing.
WARNING: The Power Base and stainless steel Basket Trays are NOT dishwasher safe.
Do not submerge the Power Base in water or any other liquids.
Remove all packaging material and stickers.
Hand wash the stainless steel Basket Trays and wipe down the Power Base with a soft,
damp cloth.
Wash the Water Tank, Water Tank Cap, Lid, Water Level Pin, and Baskets in warm, soapy
water or place in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly.
Place appliance on a stable surface and plug in the power cord. Fill the Water Tank with
clean, cold water. Attach the Cap to the Tank and place it on the Water Tank Mount.
Properly stack the Baskets and the Lid on the Power Base (see “How To Use Your Instant
Steamer on pages 12-13) and set the Timer Knob to 10 minutes. Once the buzzer
sounds, let the Steamer cool down and then carefully wipe down the parts. Pour out
remaining water.
ATTENTION: Do not use abrasive scrubbers, sponges, or chemical cleaners as they will
damage the appliance.
