chocolate fudge cake
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all the dry ingredients and blend well with the Hand Mixer.
Add the eggs, grapeseed oil, vanilla, and water. Mix batter on Low speed until there are no
lumps. If you are a chocolate lover, you may want to add a small handful of chocolate chips
to the batter. Prepare one 9” x 13” pan by coating them with melted butter or cooking spray.
Sprinkle a thin layer of flour over the pan, turn upside down, and lightly tap to remove
any excess flour. Pour cake batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a
toothpick comes out clean.
