Step 2: Assembling the upper frame and backrest
1. Mount the upper frame (3) onto the main frame (1) with two screws
(48), four washers (64) and two nuts (61).
2. Mount the two upper weight block cover
connectors (69) onto the upper frame (3), each
with two screws (18) and two washers (65).
3. Mount the upper frame (3) onto the guide rails
(25) with two screws (53), two washers (67) and
two washers (64).

NOTICE
The screws are screwed into the guide rails.
4. Fasten the screw (42) onto the main frame (1)
with one screw (54), two washers (65) and one
nut (62).
5. Screw the star-grip nut (33) onto screw (42).
6. Mount the pulley support (27) onto the main
frame (1) with one screw (47), two washers (64)
and one nut (61).
7. Mount the backrest (12) onto the main frame
(1) with two screws (56) and two washers (66).
