How to turn on the elliptical cross trainer and first settings
As soon as you connect the power cable to the power supply, the computer will turn on and the LCD
display will show all the segments for 2 seconds. Use the rotary knob (UP/DOWN) to choose a user
(U1 - U4) and confirm your choice with the MODE button. Now you will be taken to the input mode,
where you can set your age, sex, height and weight.
Note:
The computer will enter sleep mode when the elliptical cross trainer it is not in use or your heart rate
can not be detected for 4 minutes. Press any button to return to the menu.

Training programmes
4.4.1
Manual programme (MANUAL)
Press the START/STOP button while you are in the main menu to start the manual programme mode
directly.
1.
Select the manual programme mode (MANUAL) by turning the rotary knob (UP/DOWN) and con-
firm your choice with the MODE button.
2.
Set the values for TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE and confirm each entry with the MODE
button.
3. If you would like to skip some or all of the settings, press the START/STOP button and your training
will begin immediately. Using the rotary knob (UP/DOWN), you can also adjust the resistance level
during your workout.
4. Press the START/STOP button (during your workout) to pause or end your training. While the trai-
ning is paused you can press the RESET button to return to the main menu.
