Brightness Adjustment：
You can adjust the brightness of the Number LED on the
target (the board).
You can adjust it in steps 0 to 3.
0 turns it OFF.
The smaller the number, the darker it gets; the larger the
number, the brighter it gets.
Initialization：
It restores the brightness to the factory setting.
