Photo 1:
Open the two fasteners on the orthosis and remove the blue inner shoe. Open the
hook and loop fasteners of the inner shoe and place this around the leg. Fasten the inlay using
the hook and loop fasteners. First close the hook and loop strap over the instep, then the lower
hook and loop strap as numbered in the photo.

Photo 2:
To insert the foot securely into the walker, spread the medial and lateral parts of the
shell with body hands. Now place both insoles into the walker and step onto the two insoles
with the blue inner shoe. The insoles can be adjusted individually by qualified staff.

Photo 3:
After inserting the foot, pass the straps into the buckles and adjust them to the
desired pressure. Fasten the buckles.

Photo 4:
Now pump air through the round pump on the front of the walker into the air cham-
bers of the blue inner shoe. The air is distributed evenly. The compression achieves additional
stability of the ankle joint.

Photo 5:
To reduce the volume of the air chambers, release the air using the silver valve.
Note
If impaired sensation, swelling or pain occurs, the pressure should be reduced by releasing
air from the chambers. Should persistent pain occur, the treatment should be interrupted and a
doctor should be consulted.
Cleaning instructions
Hand wash
If the shoe is slightly soiled, you can wipe it with a damp cloth or clean it with a soft brush. To
clean the shell and liner, use lukewarm water (30° is possible) and mild soap or mild detergent if
necessary. Rinse and dry the liner promptly. Do not dry this in a dryer or on a radiator. Let it dry in
the air at room temperature.
Disposal
Dispose of after use. Please dispose of the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner.
Dispose of this product after use in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
Working life / Lifespan of the product
The lifespan of the medical device is determined by natural wear and tear due to proper han-
dling / cleaning. The medical device is designed to be used for the usual duration of use prescribed
by a doctor without showing a reduction in safety or performance. After the period of use
prescribed by your doctor, check the function of the product together with your doctor or specialist
dealer.
