before use. We also recommend that you

refer to them at a later date.

Special safety instructions
The rotisserie motor, cord and plug must not
be exposed to rain, water or moisture. Store
the parts in a dry place when not in use.
Remove the barbecue’s warming rack before
using the rotisserie as otherwise the food on
the spit may catch against the rack.
Make sure to distribute the food along the
spit so that the weight is evenly distributed
as the spit turns, otherwise the motor may
be damaged.
Do not attempt to stop the movement of
the spit by holding it tightly by the handle,
as this may damage the motor.
Follow all relevant hygiene rules when
handling food.
