Axial Piston Pumps Series 20

Repair Instructions

In order to be able to replace the swash plate and

the servo pistons, the opera tions previously

described

on the pages 19, 21, 22, 23 and 25

must

be carried out.

Loosen the front cover screws and remove the

front cover with gasket. The shaft with bearing

can then be removed.

Loosen the screws on the retaining plate of the

servo cylinder and remove the plate.

Changing the swash plate and servo piston (disassembly)

Cone bearing

Next mark the depth to which the servo cylinder

has been screwed in, so that reassembly of the

swash plate can be correctly effected. Mark servo

sleeve and housing-bore to show the relative

position.

Unscrew the servo cylinder with an open ended

spanner or pliers.
