4.2.3 Attended Transfer

4.3 Phonebook

a new contact name and number. See section 6.7.1 for details on adding numbers
using the Web Interface.
4.4 SMS Messaging
To send and receive SMS messages select the leftmost M

button.
Follow the on-screen instructions to read, send and delete SMS messages. Use the
keypad to enter SMS messages. At any time E
XIT
will quit the SMS application.
4.5 Do Not Disturb
Press the rightmost M
ULTI

button while the phone is inactive, to put the
phone in ‘Do-Not-Disturb’ mode. Once doing so, the screen will display ‘Do Not
Disturb’ until the same button is pressed again, ending the mode.
The LCD screen displays DND above the M
ULTI

button as an indicator of
which button to use.
4.6 Memory Key DM-2604
The D-2304 has an RJ-45 jack marked MOD, which can link it to a memory
extension module. The DM-2604 module contains 20 configurable memory keys
which can be used as quick call buttons, allowing new calls as well as showing (with
their LED lamps) the state of any users linked over the same network.
