All sensors are tested in four output mode – 1x gain.

Blemish variations are measured over an entire frame of data and counted within the frame

Blemishes are defined as a pixel or group of pixels with an output as defined in f) or g).

Clusters are defined as a pixel or group of pixel blemishes, and are allowed, provided they are
smaller or equal to the sizes specified in e).
5.
Illuminated blemish analysis done at 70% of VFLL (2.86µW/cm

).

Column and row defects not permitted.
