Diving Judge
Controls
Using standard Ethernet cable, connect from Hy-Tek computer to the
ETHERNET jack on the back of the OmniSport.
MENU > 4 > 7 > 7 NETWORK MMR: ON
Ensure that the IP address is within range of the OmniSport IP, and
the Subnet and Gateway match.

Open Hy-Tek software to configure settings. Start by entering the Run screen
from the top header.
Interfaces > Setup > Timing Console Interface > Daktronics
OmniSport 2000 (Serial or UDP).
Interfaces > Setup > Scoreboard > Daktronics (Serial or UDP).
***Alpha Scoreboard Interface needed for matrix RTD.

Some setups use Generic Serial for Alternative
configurations (CTS Timer).
o
Verify judge console firmware is up to date (3.0 or higher). JC-100 and
RC-100 options.
o
Verify base station firmware is up to date if using wireless judge consoles
(3.0 or higher).
o
Verify the base station function. Function setting should be set to a 6 on
version 3.0 and higher. (Function 1 for earlier versions).
o
Verify the correct 900 MHz antenna is being used on the base station.
o
Verify the judge consoles are communicating to the OmniSport 2000.

Pace Clocks
o
Visually inspect space clock (switches, knobs, and connections).
o
Verify pace clock firmware is up to date.
o
Verify pace clock operation.
