●
Position the sensor inside the casing, as
far as possible from the runners of the
roller shutter. The cylinder roller cord must
be as near as possible to the opening of
the casing. Glue the cord guide bracket
provided to the roller shutter casing as
indicated (2) (avoids the cord fraying by
rubbing on the edge of the casing).
●
Verify the movement of the roller shutter
is not inhibited by the sensor.
●
Lower the roller shutter leaving 20 to
30 cm open.
●
Fix the sensor using the 4 fixing points
with the aid of self-tapping screws.
●
Fix the transmitter outside the casing in
order to facilitate future maintenance
(changing the lithium block, placing the
detector in test mode...).
●
Pass the extremity of the cord through
the opening of the casing and fix the eyelet
of the cord on the last slat or the next to
last slat of the roller shutter with the aid of
a self-tapping screw (3).
●
Connect the roller shutter sensor to the
universal transmitter (see page 10).
●
Close the casing.
The sensor is fixed at 4 points (1) to the
roller shutter casing.
●
Raise the roller shutter completely.
●
Open the caisson of the roller shutter.
