7 Faults and malfunctions
7.1 Display of events
Using the menu path: [choice 2/2] -> [System] -> [incidence
memory] and after entering the expert password (see
section 6.3.4 and fig. 6-7) you can display the events arising the
operation. For this purpose, the Solaris R4 regulator has a simple
fault diagnosis system. The events memory stores nature and
time of the event. The event is displayed in clear text and using a
code, the time since the start of the event is displayed in hours.
Starting with the most recent event, you can leaf through the in-
dividual events by means of the Info key. If the parameter [delete]
in menu path: [choice 2/2] -> [System] -> [incidence memory] is
on [yes], all events are deleted. Deletion of individual events is
not possible. An overview of possible entries in the event memory
is given in tab. 7-1.
