 Press Menu/Enter button in the Basic

screen. 

Main menu is displayed.

Select  

Maintenance Information

  in

the Main menu, and press Menu/Enter 

button.

 Press Cancel button twice.

The Basic screen returns. 

 SEPARATING THE INDOOR UNIT FDYQ(N)71LB1V AND LARGER MODELS

ATTENTION: Please separate the indoor unit only when necessary. Please disassemble and 

reassemble on a flat surface.

Separate the indoor unit in the following order.

1)  Remove (2) screws located on the electrical box cover. (Fig. 20)
2)  Carefully unplug the (2) thermistor cables. Socket location (X18A , X17A - only for FDYQ71LB1 & 
  FDYQN100LBV1 models) (Fig. 22)
3)  Remove (4) screws securing the electrical box to the fan deck compartment. (Fig. 20)
4)  Untwist wire clamp securing the (2) thermistor cables and carefully remove cables through the rubber  

 

 bush.

5)  Carefully unplug the fan motor connector located on the back of electrical box and separate the electrical
  box from the fan deck compartment. 
6)  Remove (4) M6 bolts from the fan deck compartment.
7)  Carefully separate the fan deck compartment from the heat exchanger compartment, taking care not to
  damage the fan motor wiring. (Fig. 20)
8)  Remove (4) M8 bolts securing the fan deck to the heat exchanger compartment and disconnect the fan motor 

  wiring from the base panel.

9)  Carefully detach the fan deck. (Fig. 21)
