10. OPERATION

(Continued)

10.2.5 Recovery method for Initial Values

The welding condition being used (including internal functions) can restore to their initial values

completely without any effect to the stored welding conditions. To restore the initial values, first

turn off the power switch, then press (keep pressing) DISPLAY CHANGE key [7] and GAS

CHECK key[10] at the same time, and then turn on the power switch. After power-up and “End”

being displayed as shown in the figure below, release the keys, turn off the power switch and

then turn it on again.

The status after initialization

See section “14.3 initial value and setting range” about initial values for all parameters and

functions.

10.2.6 Confirming Software Version

To confirm the software version installed in the power source, keep pressing DISPLAY

CHANGE key [7] and turn on the power switch. After power-up, the digital meters will display

the current software version number installed.
