4. Products Management

4.3 If product Defect Occur

Situation

Confirmations and Solutions

If power does not turn ON.

Please check the connection of the power switch, and if

there are not any troubles, check the power supply in the

installation site of the device.

If the temperature does not rise at

room temperature.

Check the temperature currently set.

Make sure that the power switch is in ON position.

Make sure that the Push button of the Jog Dial knob is

exactly pressed to operate the set temperature.

If the temperature is risen but the

heater does not operate to the set

temperature.

The abnormality may be present in the built-in sensor or

the main control unit.

Please contact to the service center.

If you have any problem other than the above, please call technical service of manufacturer

or an official agent.
