3.6.3.3 System Information and Firmware Upgrade

System Information

In Figure 3-14, please use Left and Right button to highlight System item and then click OK
button to go to system setup interface. See Figure 3-17.
Here you can view hardware version, software version and SD card capacity. In this interface,
you can also upgrade system.

Restore factory default setup

In the above interface, use the cursor to highlight the Restore button and then click the OK button,
you can restore device configuration information to the factory default setup.

Firmware Upgrade

Please go to our website to get the latest upgrade software and then copy it to SD card UPDATE
folder. Now you can insert the SD card into the PVR and then go to system setup interface. Click
OK button, you can see system pops up a dialogue box asking you to confirm upgrade. Please
follow the prompt to click OK button to begin upgrade. You can click Cancel button to exit.

During the upgrade period, you can refer to the process bar for reference. System needs to
restart after completing upgrade. Please note during the upgrade period, system stops all other
operations.

Warning!

Before you upgrade, please make sure the battery capacity is sufficient.

z

To guarantee upgrade safety, please connect the device to the recharge. During the

upgrade period, do not remove the SD card!

z

During the whole upgrade period, insufficient battery capacity or SD card remove operation

can result in system upgrade failure! System can not operate normally and it can not restore!

3.6.3.4 Audio/Video

In Figure 3-14, please use Left and Right button to highlight Audio/Video item and then click OK
button to go to the following interface. See Figure 3-18.
You can click the Preview button at the bottom of the interface to go to the following interface.

Please use Left and Right button to select the corresponding file type.
