14. Sound
: Uses this button to change the sound mode.
15. NICAM/A2
: You can select sound mode in Mono, Stereo, Dual1,
Dual2 stereo It works only in TV mode.
16. Mute
: Press this button, and the sound goes off.
Press again, and the sound returns.
17. Sleep
: Sleep Timer setting.
SLEEP TIMER : OFF => 10 => 20 => 30 => 60 => 90 => 120 =>
180 => 240 => OFF.
18. INFO
: Means information, to display brief information concerning
the current digital channel you are viewing.
19. SUBTITLE
: To switch the caption at the bottom of the screen.
20. CHANNEL LIST
: Display the programs list.
21. EPG
: To show the Electronic Program Guide during no-menu state
only.
22. TV/RADIO
: directly moves between DTV channel and Radio
channel.
Note
:
"TV/Radio" works only at the digital TV mode.
23. ASPECT
: Press to change the display mode of aspect ratio the
screen.
Inserting Batteries into the Remote Control Unit
To load the batteries, turn the remote control handset over and
open the battery compartment. Insert the batteries (Two 1.5v, type
AA). Make sure that the polarity matches with the (+) and (-) marks
inside of the battery compartment.
Note
: To avoid damage from possible battery leakage, remove
the batteries if you do not plan to use the remote control
handset for an extended period of time.
