Repairs- after sales service
Your fridge freezer comes with a free two year warranty. If it is not working correctly, consult the trouble shooting guide within this
instruction manual. If a fault occurs which you can not resolve through following the advice and information contained within this
user guide, the next step is to contact our service centre.
When you contact service centre you will need to give the following details;
● Your name , address and post code
● Your telephone number
● Clear and concise details of fault
● The purchase date as found on your receipt.
● The model and serial number of the fridge freezer. so that you always have these numbers at hand.
