GROUNDING AND, IN PARTICULAR, SPECIFIES THAT THE CABLE GROUND SHALL
BE CONNECTED TO THE GROUNDING SYSTEM OF THE BUILDING, AS CLOSE TO
THE POINT OF CABLE ENTRY AS PRACTICAL.
