[Front Wheel Removal]

Raise the front wheel off the ground by
placing a support block under the
engine.

Loosen the oval screw and remove the
speedometer cable.
③
Remove the front caliper assembly
from the front fork by removing the
fixing bolts.
④
Loosen the axle nut.
⑤
Withdraw the front wheel axle and
remove the front wheel.
⑥
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Fit the caliper over the disc, taking care
not to damage the brake pads. Install the
caliper fixing bolts, and tighten to a
torque of :
2.7kgf

Tighten the front axle nut to the specified
torque.
Front axle nut torque : 5.0~7.0kgf

After assembling, operate brake for a
number of times and see if wheel is
turning smoothly without getting
interruption.

Caution
●
Do not operate brake lever after the
front wheel is removed. It will
make wheel assembling difficult.
Caution
●
When installing the wheel, care-
fully fit the left brake disk between
the brake pads to avoid damaging
the pads.
Caution
●
If a torque wrench was not used for
installation, see your authorized
dealer as soon as possible to verify
proper assembly.
Improper assembly may lead to loss
of braking capacity.
