Daily Maintenance
•
Clean the machine of wine residues with a soft sponge and
neutral detergents that do not affect the stainless steel
parts.
•
Remove the tray as shown in the fi gure and remove the
drip trays underneath. Wash the trays and clean the interior
cabinet of the machine.
•
Pickup tubes can be washed in the dishwasher.
•
When the Wine Dispenser is not in use, we recommend to
use the provided spout protective caps.
CAUTION
Thoroughly clean the dispenser to preserve the quality of the
wine.
Periodic Maintenance
1.
Clean every spout and pickup tube every 10 bottles or 20
days which ever comes fi rst.
2.
It is a recommended to clean the spout before inserting a new
bottle.
3.
Remove the bottle of wine and insert a 750mL bottle
containing 2% by volume of Citric Acid and tap water solution.
4.
Dispense the citric solution through the spout, waiting 10 to
15 seconds between each dispense and repeat until empty.
5.
Replace the bottle of citric solution with a 750mL bottle of
tap water.
6.
Dispense the entire bottle of tap water.
7.
Replace the bottle of water with a bottle of wine and dispense
once to remove the remaining water in the pickup tube.
