Message Error or warning grounds Solution
− File is not * dcm type. − The system typically displays
this Message when the operator
selects a medical image file that
does not have the extension
'dcm'.
− Insert medical images with 'dcm'
extension.
− The total size of uploaded files
exceeds the maximum limit of
10MB.
− The system typically displays
this Message when the total
size of attached files to be
emailed exceeds 10MB.
− Do not exceed 10MB of the total
size of attachments to be sent
by e-mail.
− Message sending limit has been
reached: 25 emails.
− The system usually displays this
Message when the system tries
to send an email with a number
of recipients above 25.
− Insert medical images with 'dcm'
extension.

the log file to the directory that
the operator selects.
− Verify if the directory where the
log file will be saved does not
have permission problems.
− The end date must be greater
than or equal than the start
date.
− The system usually displays this
Message when the operator fills
in the Final Date field with a
date shorter than the Start Date
− Do not fill in the Final Date field
with a date shorter than the
Start Date.
