EQUIPMENT OPERATION
Setup Profile
This is the User Profiles Configuration screen. It allows the operator to designate what type of access a
user will have for a certain functionality, and can associate a profile with various functionalities. Profiles
designate what kind of access a user has for a particular feature.The actions performed in the Profile
Settings are audited, keeping track of the action, date, time and user. The Setup Profile feature should only
be available if the system is configured for login execution via Perform Software Settings screen (See page
.61) Software Configuration - Login Settings.
Edit profile
This is the screen that allows the operator to perform editing the profiles, as well as the permission that
may or may not be associated with the profile.
Editing a user profile is available through the following path:

A Table with all permissions for each user profile (Administrator, Technician, Dentist) is displayed.
Profile:
Represents the name of the system profile. ("Administrator", "Dentist" and "Technical");
Permissions:
Represents the list of permissions that can be associated with the profile.
Status:
Checkbox that informs whether or not the permission is associated with a particular profile. For
each alteration, the new Configuration of Profiles must be saved.
Remarks:
All profiles and permissions must have at least one associated permission or profile;
Profile Settings have dependencies, i.e., if the user wants access to the
Diagnostics, Patient and View
Image permission must be given;
