The contact form and the FAQ are there to help you solve problems of use, for any
other problem, please contact your dealer.
For safety reasons, only our technical station is authorized to intervene on our
products, in this optics we do not provide any spare part.
The LOGICOM supplier warranty is valid for a normal use of the product as it is
defined in the user manual for a period of 24 months
This guarantee does not cover damage due to a cause other than the device.
In particular, the warranty does not apply if the device has been damaged as a result
of an impact or fall, incorrect operation, connection that does not comply with the
instructions in the manual, the effect of lightning, mains overvoltage, insufficient
protection against heat, moisture or frost.
The warranty extends only to Metropolitan France.
The warranty does not cover user manuals, applications, settings, content or data
of any kind.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product. (Screens,
batteries, deterioration of plastic parts).
The warranty does not cover any deterioration of the product due to misuse,
including those caused by objects, pressure, or a fall.
The warranty does not cover any use of the product that does not comply with the
precautions for use stipulated in the user manual.
The warranty does not cover defects caused to the product by another product
connected to or used with it, an accessory or software not supplied by Logicom.
