6.6.3 Color Key Tab
This tab provides control over the chroma key functions of the unit.
Keying values and ranges are set using the full YCbCr color space
(0~255).
Note: Only available in the PiP and Custom video modes.
1) Key On/Off: Enable or disable chroma keying in window 2.
2) Cursor X/Y: Sets the location of the pixel, within window 2, to use as
the basis for the key rather than manually entering values.
Note: The X/Y location is relative to the window’s upper left
corner (0, 0), and not the pixel’s location within the overall output.
■ Trigger: Press this button to instantly sample the digital color
value of the currently set cursor location and use it as the live
key value.
3) Color Y/Cb/Cr: Set the base values (0~255) of the Y, Cb, and Cr
components of the color range to key out from the window 2
source.
Note: Changes made to these values will affect the video output
immediately.
4) Range Y/Cb/Cr: Set the value range, centered on the current
Color value, over which the key should be applied for each
component of the YCbCr key.
Note: The range value, when added or subtracted from the
current color value, cannot exceed 0 or 255.
