4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 

4.1 Automatic paper feeding 

Insert the feeding board arrestment lever

 into its lower position. Feed the paper on the tilting board 

– 

being tilted away at the moment, placing it between side guides

which are set approximately to the 

required paper width. 
Then push the side guides towards the paper. Release the arrestment lever, which allows the feeding board 
to lift up the stack of paper underneath the feeding wheel

Turn on the machine with using the power switch

 If the machine is ready to work the red LED 

6

 shines 

continuously. If the LED light is blinking, either the stops are in incorrect position, or there is a paper 
missing on the feeding tray: 

a)  LED blinks 1 x – incorrect position of stop X 
b)  LED blinks 2 x – incorrect position of stop Y 
c)  LED blinks 3 x – missing paper on feeding tray 

In case paper jams in the machine, the motor turns off automatically and LED light starts blinking 
intermittently 4 x. In such case it is necessary to remove the paper from the machine and restart it – to tur 
nit off and on again. 
 

After pressing the “start/stop” button

, the paper will be fed automatically from the pile of paper and folded 

into the waste box. The folding speed is regulated by the button of control speed

. When the last sheet 

leaves the machine, the machine turns off automatically. 

 

 

4.2 Stops adjustment, fold type setting 

 

 

 

Types of foldes 

 

 

Each type of paper folding requires the precise setting of the sheet stop rider

 at the X and Y stops, 

following the information in the table of folding options

. ‘Single’ folding requires that the Y stop is inserted 

in the machine in the opposite way. After of the stops the machine turns off automatically. 

 

 

 

The Y stop turned 180° for 
1/2 fold
